Wirefly
Almost ripped off by plan and customer service

I was fooled by Wirefly's online ad and thought they were part of AT&T. I purchased a cell phone and the cheapest plan available. Afterward I realized they charge $10 more a month for tihs plan than any other place on Earth.

I immediately tried to cancel the deal online but they wouldn't let me so i called their contact number. They hung up on me. I called again and they told me they would connect me with the correct place. Then told me I had to call myself. The number wasn't an 800 number anymore. The call wouldn't work at first but then it worked. I told them to cancel my order and then went into a shouting match that lasted quite a while. They kept trying to tell me what a deal I was turning down. Over and over and over and over refusing to just cancel it. I was furious. Everytime they said they would cancel they tried to get me to change my mind. FINALLY they agreed to cancel my order.
