Usiness phones shut off by customer service by mistake - phones

Im so dissapointed with brighthouse business solutions, i simply called to have a second line not used dropped from bill, and i guess they dont like that, so they shut off my main business phone number, hours later, a regular customer called me on my personal phone and said my lines were down, i freaked out, lol, and called my business solutions service people back who insistantly said i did something to them, i heard more "what did you do to the lines", and equipment than " we can take care of you" PLUMBING BY PRESTON INC, ST.
