I have had a terrible service with Direct TV. First the lied to me about having a 24 months contract even though I asked the agent 2 times if I was going to sign a contract and he said NO. Then my bill went from $15 a month to $51.00 for having almost no channels to watch. I have downgraded my channels to the very basic which still costs me $51.00 a month. When I call Direct TV to complain about the fact that I had be lied to the only answer that I got was “sorry I know that some of our agents have given misinformation to customers” Direct TV did not honor anything that has promised to me. The only thing that they did was give me a $5 discount for 6 months. Really? Even the agent encouraged me to write this review. Please whatever you do, do not sign up with this company.
