No Tech Support Reachable and Self-Install Instructions Incomplete

Do not get Uverse service. You cannot reach them for tech support. The self install instructions do not include key details such as how to get the phone to work on extensions. In addition the equipment is huge, not your usual modem. Sales just wants to sell and doesn't disclose the drawbacks.
