I googled a search for AT&T U-verse which provided me with 877-713-5414 (listed on google as AT&T) to order u-verse internet service. "WINTON" who was the phone agent told me AT&T had no tech support and that when my equipment arrived I had to call My Tech Help at 877-686-9789 to help me install my internet equipment. I was told to provide my credit card information and that I would be charged every month a charge of $9.99 to have tech support help me should anything go wrong.in conclusion, "WINTON" told me that he would wave all installation/service fees, and provide me with two $50 gift cards.in the end, when I recieved a work order via email, I immidiately noticed $100.00 fee for U-verse-gateway modem. This was another issue/item/cost "WINTON" forgot to mention during our telephone convesation. These companies/agents are definitely mid-representing themselves to sell a product that has no affiliation with AT&T. I believe "saveology" and "my tech help" should not be used as a 3rd party company in providing AT&T products.By misrepresenting themselves and misleading customers, these two companies are making their business successful, while destroying the brand name of AT&T.
