My 22 year old daughter and myself have been members of PF for 3 years. They continuously are having issues with staff. On August 4 we were working out with a FRIEND and was approached and said we could not workout together. They said it appeared as though we were training we tried to explain that we were riding the bike and talking but there were these two girls who are SUPPOSE to be trainers for PF taking pictures on their iphone of my daughter and I working out and TEXTING them to ELLIS the so called manager (never met the guy even after 3 years???) Ellis texted Shawn the staff on duty and told him to call the police and get our friend out of the gym since he was training. As one can imagine the humiliation for all involved but the police just left and we all continued to work out!!! Amanda and Brittany also staff of PF were made aware that taking photos of anyone without permission is illegal and considered an invasion of privacy, I've contacted an attorney to get this resolved. This is a poor excuse for a company that is suppose to be interested in the Physical Fitness of its members. I explained to the two female staff members who were pix happy that if they would look the part then they wouldn't have such a problem getting clients to train with them. Then they could focus on their own workouts and not that of others!!! It's distracting to be approached over and over again being asked if we would let these two train us! HELL NO I wouldn't want to look like either one they are both overweight and have NO clue of injury prevention. CAUTION TO ALL: before letting a PF staff train you watch how THEY workout IF they do!!
