Rude Staff

Planet Fitness has the rudest staff. I had to pay an extra $20 for no fault of mine. I had closed my checking account which was originally on their paperwork. I had let know the staff about it and paid in advance one months member fee.inspite of asking time and again about the member fee whenever it was due from the front desk staff I was not informed about it until they had gathered two late fee on the account. Their manager, the rudest staff member of all, tells me that its not their duty to tell everyone and the billing is collected by some other company. He would not even call his employee so that we all can talk in front of each other. He was acting as a dictator and would not listen to me at all. Beware of the rude staff and rip off from PlanetFitness.
