Problems with people and service - Suddenlink cable internet and phone

For over 4 years now me and my mother have been paying for the cable internet and phone bundle. From day 1 we were having problems with the internet and phone for SOME reason they didn't register the modem as a phone and internet modem. Shortly after getting that fixed the modem would regularly reset 10 - 20 times a day without any reasoning behind it eventually after having all of the wiring inside the house checked 40 times they went out and replaced the drop line... Which only took them 2 years to figure out. For 1 year we had little hickups in service when they were updating the service, but recently a storm hit and we started having the SAME EXACT ISSUES. So my mother called them and they gave us the same jargan they did for those 2 years almost refusing to send someone out to fix the problem. While talking to another person not even 30 seconds after we had called and they said the problem was "fixed" the modem began resetting and doing the same thing it had been doing. We called back again and this time I talked to the person on the phone and simply explained "uhh hey last time this problem was caused by the drop line being worn down so lets save me and the guy coming here some time and mention that" and he basically implied that i was stupid for thinking that after we just had a major storm. Finally the guy came and checked the lines and replaced the ground wire, but guess what my problem still has not stopped. I don't know how you can claim to have the "most reliable" service, and "best local support" when the service does this, and the people think your customers are idiots.
