Worst provider EVER! Review

I had to get Direcpath just because it was the only service offered at my apartment complex. Signed up for 6 MB/s internet for $50 a month. It took them ONE MONTH to come out and get the internet set up. Then my bill arrived and was over $60, I called up Direcpath and ask them "Are you just charging me a bunch of hidden fees?" The answer was simply "Yes." End of conversation. For the past month they have been aware of a problem with online computer games, where the internet cuts out, lags the game, or completely disconnects from the server. However, they have not done anything to fix it... NOTHING! It's been one strike after the other, and as much as I love my apartment, I am forced to look for another place JUST so I can get away from this atrocious Direcpath!
