I call TVAerial company for a bad satellite reception, not only the engineer arrived late but he charged 202 pounds for parts and labour. Being a lady I am not tall enough to get on the roof and check what was wrong with the dish. I had to trust him, he took him 5mn to change the faulty part. After he left I checked on the internet the price of this part: it is sold On several websites s at 7 pounds!
