Cancellation is not easy - Gym

A company that is not the most upstanding when comes to cancelling your membership. Its easy to sign up but you are made to jump through fire trimmed hoops just to cancel. The business practices are absolutely appauling. If there is no contract why should a person wanting to cancel be held up to cancellation terms? I cant send an email, nor can I fill out the form and send it back to you. My God Planet fitness is something like a roach motel... Easy to get but you can't get out (atleast not without a fight and plenty of time on your hands). Anyone thinking about signing up here DONT DO IT! Save yourself time and energy. I am not only disappointed but also disgusted by the way they treat members that continuily gave money (on time mind you) and now need to cancel. I can honestly say I am soured by my experience and will never ever ever return to this gym, nor will I suggest or refer this gym BUYER BEWARE!
