Cancellation - direct tv

I couldn't get service where I moved too without putting a pole up in the middle if the front yard. The land lord would not go for that and I don't blame them. Now Ive been hit with a cancellation fee I never knew I would have and they already took it out of my checking account. I didnt agree to that. I even tried negotiating with them cause I'm buying a house and know I can get the service there. They are willing to do that and give me back my money they took IF I PAY more money. I finally hung up after this. I went thru 4 reps. The last was Angelo. Everyone of them were rude and condescending and kept me on hold for 15 min an longer. I'm not paying to get my money back. Rude service.
