Direct TV
Told me I put my move on hold, not my service

I'd Primary TV for a long time, a faithful client since 2004. I recently shifted to some new home and desired Direct TV. They explained "not a problem." Once the specialist came he explained used to donot possess a primary lineofsight and have to reduce some bushes. I told him ok, I'd do this within the spring. He explained again "not a problem" they'd place my consideration on-hold so when we obtain the bushes reduce to contact them back. 5-6 weeks passed and that I observed $250 removed from my bank account from Direct TV.

After I called them-they explained it was since I had beennot spending my statement going back many months. After I told them I actually donot actually reside at that tackle anymore that I shifted, and my consideration was positioned on store. Direct TV educated me that I just put my move ahead store not my account or support. Which makes no feeling in my experience, why might I place my move ahead store simply because I really couldnot get Direct TV. It got me weeks to agrue with one of these individuals plus they ultimately ceased answering my calls. Today when I contact I am positioned on store and not reach keep in touch with another person.

Our advice, do not use Direct TV or should you choose, do not use credit cards or bank cards, usually deliver them a check. These men can tear you down. I really hope some attorney is scanning this along with other individuals grievances that are similiar and want to document case with respect to most of US. Don't get direct television!
