I am very frustrated. Not a techie person at all. When I ordered Direct TV - the technician came out and installed what was needed. We had two standard TV's in both rooms he was installing in. He knew we would be upgrading to both HD a few months later. Now that we have our HD in our family room we see that there was a standard receiver installed in that room. I called to exchange it for an HD which should have been put in there in the first place. They said it would cost me $99 to do that.
WHAT? Customer service told me "that's what you ordered" I said I couldn't have ordered anything because I wouldn't even know what to order in the first place! She said again "there's nothing we can do for you; you will have to pay the $99" I am very frustrated!
