Fail to give my 250.00 deposite back

I had been informed with a customer support representative that named offering me support with verizon that after 6months so long as I actually donot get my support disconnected I'd have the ability to get my deposite back. Today they're stating that since I had been late a few occasions they withdrew the deposite back, and that I would need to wait till I spend them 6 months promptly. Verizon customer support is horable, and that I experienced that'is not reasonable in my experience. Even when I spend my statement late I still create my paymenst almont 3hundred bucks each month.
