I cancelled my dish service early - DISH NETWORK BILLING

I cancelled by dish service when I found out they lie about there programming. I was told when I signed up over the phone that they had a football package similar to Sunday Ticket. Well that was a great big lie.
When I called to cancel my service they said there would be a cancellation fee. Directv will give you up to $200 for going with them but you need to submit your final bill from the other provider to get reimbursed. I called dish several times after I was notified by equipment was returned properly. They kept telling me my final bill was in the mail. More than 90 days went by and they tried to take the cancellation fee via my cc. I disputed the bill saying that they never provided me with a bill. They investigated it and returned my payment. Low and behold, I received a bill in the mail over six months after cancelling. I feel this bill is illegal and is not getting paid.
