Unsolicited program change and billing - Direct TV Satellite Service

I recently returned to Direct TV from Dushnet. Their promotion for returning sounds great. But the reality is what they don't tell you up front. I subscribed to the basic package. They added HBO stuff for three months. I went to web-site to cancel the free stuff, but low and behold, what I did at the website had no impact. Apparently you must CALL them to stop the HBO drama. My bill is usually $45.00 month, now I get a statement for $87.98. I called them, they cancelled HBO but did not remove the extra charge. Thus I paid $43.96 extra and never watched any HBO, etc. Programing. What a ripoff.
