Knocked off line constantly

We are constantly knocked off the internet and this never ever happened when we were with Bellsouth. We have a Linksys router for WIFI. We have to constantly pull the plug out and back in to get back online. Brighthouse wants you to rent their router. More profit. Like they're software writers are not smart enough to adjust their softwre to accommodate the well known Linksys routers. We're going back to Bellsouth with free router.
