Dishonest throughout

Dish was good until we relocated. We had dish for over 10 years but when we relocated and tried to send the boxes back, they told us on three different occasions that we didn't need to. Well dish just pulled 551.00 from my account on Christmas eve. I called them and talked to customer service. They finally agreed to send me shipping boxes for me to send the equipment back to them. The really cool thing is... I have all of their conversations with me recorded and you will hear them live on my morning radio show starting tomorrow on Rock 108 Austin!
