DISH NETWORK has been harrassing me for items I did not have.in December, I terminated my service with DISH NETWORK due to a move. I was informed by their rep to leave the items with the new managers in my old apartment and DISH NETWORK would send some boxes for the equipment to be sent back. I left for UK the next morning.

When I returned home, I now have a letter from DISH NETWORK charging me $430.84 for the equipment, which I do not have. I call and leave a message with them with no response. Finally, I make contact with some rep and he tells me I owe the money. I told him where the equipment was, but it fell on deaf ears.

I later found out that the new managers called the company in December and had service turned on. They were told they could use the same eqipment.

How can DISH NETWORK charge me money for equipment they have service on?
