Charged Return Shipping After Told Boxes Were Prepaid

I've had Dish network for about 2 years. As a result of my job I was transferred to a new city and moved into an apartment complex. Because of the location I was unable to continue my service. I called customer service and was told that Dish would send some prepaid boxes so that the equipment could be returned. I returned the equipment with what I thought were prepaid boxes but much to my surprise I received a bill that said that I owed for the return shipment. Like I said before, the Dish customer service person told me that the boxes were prepaid.
