Shut off won't turn back on

Our 37-inch television t/dvd turn off and wont reverse on. Red lighting comes on. That is all it does. I noticed in my own study this is occurring to many of these magnavox tv's. The capacitor is poor it's a 25v capacitor and really should have a 35v. You have to inforce a recognition so we are able to understand this fix completed since Msgnavox continues to be conscious of this problem for all yearsThen are extremely rude and WOn't actually tackle this issue...
