Ripoff fraud scam Irvine

Ocwen federal bank has handled our mortgage since 9/01 and we have had nothing but problems since. All of it started because the first payment they were to receive was lost in the mail. We were not notified until november when it was over 30 days late, we have been paying for that ever since. Their so called attorneys are charging us large fees for their sending us a letter. When i called them, the man never represented himself as their lawyer. After explaining about what had happened, he said that he didnt know what to tell me. "real helpful guy? Huh?" when i called ocwen directly they were not very helpful or respectful.

When i asked them to send a statement with our mortgage information i was told that i would receive it in the mail in 7-10 working days. I have never received any kind of statement from ocwen direct all their letters come from their group of law clowns who only know what ocwen tells them

I made arrangements to pay their fees and have been paying ever since still never being caught up. They tack charges on they want and I want to know where all the money we have paid has gone
