Directv horrible complaint

Worst experience of my life, not only do you get stuck for 2 years with these people you cant even stay on the phone long enough to resolve your issue... The phone "disconnects" every 2 mins. The technician came and installed the dish on my roof instead of going to verify with my managment like he said he would. A month later i have no service but a monthly bill from DirectTV, and according to them the tech wasnt supposed to verify anything even tho that is what he told me he was going to do BEFORE installing. So my dish wires were cut by my managment because it was never verified with them and I am stuck with no TV! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DIRECT TV TO ANYONE. The only thing they care about is the "contact" that you sing that traps you and they refuse to work out a resolution with their customers as long as they have their money
