Customer Support Review

I've talk to this person at customer support chat online today and he seems very nice at first. I asked him a few questions to confirm if it's right as the internet stated and he kept trying to get my to sign up with him and I told him I'll do it tomorrow when I have extra time. At the end of the chat he stated "In fact, online chat service provides better deals then over the phone and walk-in at locations" then I replied back "oh really, like what" then he replied back "I can get you free installation right now". I then confront him that on the website it states that it was FREE INSTALLATION until the 22nd of this month and he just copy paste "Well thank you for stopping by" then logs out. What a jerk and fail way to get me to sign up. Screw Chater Cable online chat support. I was going to post up a picture but my prt scr button on my keyboard is broken so I can't.: (Chater SUCKS.
