Ver bad customer support

I am trying to contact Greece customer support for 20 days now.

-I tried the online chat and they asked me to use the contact form. I told them that the form is not working for the notebook sub-category (submit button not "on") and they never replied back! I was in the chat for 50 minutes, asking "will you please tell me what should I do, since the contact form is not working?", but they never replied again!

-I tried the contact form (through another product category, since notebook is still not working), they asked me to send some more details by replying to the email and then they disappeared again! They have never replied to any of my messages for 20 days now!

Terrible customer service! I will file a report to the local consumer authorities for sure.
