Charges on my bill

I recently obtained my payment that will be often around $79.00. To my shock it had been for $245.00.

There have been costs for films dating from 10/14/05 to 12/17/06. We've often needed to contact to-order a film and also the costs have usually seemed on our subsequent statement plus they WILL ALWAYS BE compensated. They're only today delivering me these costs from 6 years back? This really is riduculous! I have been a devoted client since 1996 or 1997 and also have USUALLY paid my statement.
