Scam charge

I shut my account with direct television plus they delivered a last statement, i settled it without any criticism. Then i discover another cost on my banking account from their store, their reaction was that it had been costs about the containers not documented. Despite the fact that i never requested payperview, i never had the service-connected to my phone-line. I believed that it had been around after which i obtained another statement claiming there have been more costs located on the cards. At this time i understand that I'm being screwed royally. I chose to contact the greater business agency and obtained an answer from direct television, which mentioned that Mr. (my title is Williams) actually did owe. They actually went on the costs they have been delivering. It's obvious they have me confused with another person, but WOn't correct their error.
