They will not credit my account even though I've never used their service, not even once for the last year. I asked if they can at least credit 1/2 of the fees because i've never even visited their website once. The customer service rep said no. I asked to speak with supervisor, he said he is the one. I do not feel that I need to pay for something that i've never used.
