Orchard Bank, Orchard Bank is a scam, They forget to tell you about hidden fees

Do not fall for the lies they tell you. They say that they report to all 3 major credit bureau. (BS) Yea, if you don't make payments on time, but if you pay off any balance owing off. It takes them about a year to report that you have a zero balance. They say theres only a 1 TIME fee of $79.00 to start an account with there company. And that you will never be charged again. (BS) They hit me 3 TIMES. Made my account to go over it's credit limit. And guess what. Got hit with $30.00 in fees for going over the limit.

I used the card a few times, then paid it off. Some one stoled my card, they made me pay for 65% of the charges that I didn't auth. With a police report @ that. I run a customer service office. And I know about providing the best possible customer service around. I've been doing this for 28 years. Been awarded 8 times for best customer service rep of the year and 4 years in a row for Manager of the year for running the best damn customer service center.

Orchard Bank or HSBC, they have non customer service, middle eastern, rude a$ people that I have ever had to deal with. When I asked to speak to a manager, the rep changed his voice and took over the call, when asked for a ID#, they hung up on me. Don't do it people. If you need a credit card. Apply some where else.
