Bad service and poor signal

I delivered the IPTV for them in July plus they guaranteed to come back reimbursement of $50 upon delivery of IPTV within 2-6 months. 9 months later, I still didn't get the reimbursement. Nowadays I named plus they stated it requires another 2-3 months. I dropped the rely upon them.

The IPTV has weak signal. We can not view the Chinese Television station. The IT from Kylin Television can't repair the problem.
