Horrible Billing Practice

KyLin Television is just a terrible organization providing you with awful plan and misinform client. Exactly what a large error I created after I registered KyLin for my parents to look at Oriental plan. I purchased a-one year deal in 12. The salesperson was pleased to sign me on without informing me which was not refundable. After my parents attempted it to get a brief while and found this program really was awful then I named to stop the support. Then I had been educated it's non refundable. They stated there's tape-recording of our discussion but wouldn't launch it in my experience simply to my lawyer, that was really unusual. I suppose they believe they are able to make the most of clients that will not feel the difficulty employing an attorney. After pushing harder with this problem they transformed the declaration and stated their was a notice included the set-top-box showing the non refundable plan when the container was available.
