Kylin TV
Bad service and poor signal

I returned the IPTV to them in July and they promised to return refund of $50 upon receipt of IPTV within 2-6 weeks. 9 weeks later, I still did not receive the refund. Today I called and they said it takes another 2-3 weeks. I lost the trust in them.

The IPTV has poor signal. We cannot watch the Chinese TV channel. The IT from Kylin TV cannot fix the problem.
