Two locations in the last 3 years experience... Worst internet provider ever. We chose Windstream as our server 3 years ago, and our internet went out at least once a day... Not good when you have online college courses! After 3 new routers and 9 visits by the technician (who actually did do everything he could, kudos) in 6 mos. We switched to Time Warner. Now we live in an area where Windstream is the ONLY available server... Boo. Our internet goes out faithfully every night between 8 and 8:30... Stays out longer when it rains.
