Telemarketer named and persuaded me to change from wire to some bundled deal of Uverse, telephone, and web. Our web and telephone support got connected ok, but I never obtained Uverse gear. I named in and was informed the purchase was not positioned since I reside in a place that's not maintained by Uverse. They persuaded me to register for DirectTV to maintain the bundled cost. Explained all of the strategy costs and functions were exactly the same. After obtaining DirectTV installed, I then found out this is not the situation. Plenty of costs for regular solutions under Uverse. They acknowledged some, but after fighting about the telephone / resting on-hold for around 5 hours. Complete, I am still likely to be spending atleast $350 more for less support. Lesson learned; it generally does not matter what AT&T claims within the telephone. If you don't report all of your telephone calls, make sure they are deliver the data written down before investing in something. Or even better, hang-up and save your valuable money and time.
