Unauthorized charges on CANCELLED account

Last March, I shifted out-of my apartment and experienced at&t uverse at that condo. I had beennot ready to possess uverse in my own next condo, therefore at&t (per my 11/2hr convo n / customer support) offered me DSL. Observe that my uverse acct was instantly creating from my AMEX. On my uverse, I chose to have that car picked from my Credit. Weeks after my transfer, I did so observe costs for "at&t support" on my AMEX—but was considering it had been for my new DSL.in August, out of left field, I obtain a LARGE statement for $243 that I owed for Uverse and observed "thanks for the cost." At&t had never shut out my account and was continuing to cost me for my prior Uverse consideration. Many telephone calls later, I still can't understand this straightened out. Entirely I dropped approximately $400, as well as proceed to obtain intimidating Selections Sees. They maintain sustaining that I truly desired to be spending money on 2 completely individual records for no cause!!! At&t is definitely an TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION!!!
