Been a ATT client for 8years, desired to update to Uverse web from sluggish DSL and stop the telephone to save lots of several bucks. Repetition says I should maintain the telephone, estimates a $149 deploy cost and claims I'll get Credit "Incentive Card" to state via email in 4-6 months for $149. Login to declare my incentive 3 months later which is for $20. Contact ATT and repetition informs me I had been not necessary to maintain telephone, she'll remove at free, and corporate may examine the salesman and may return section of deploy. To obtain the outcomes I'll need to call-back in 3-4 times. This is actually the 6th telephone call to solve same problem. Representatives keep moving me. Caution! Uverse and ATT are separate organizations plus they do not "understand" one another.

ATT advertises on TV the UverseTV/Internet for $59.00. This is mis-leading and not true. My Uverse TV and internet were started and I cancled it in eighteen days. AT&T says the $59.00 promo discount
