I have been with DirecPath for a year now. I cannot for the life of me get anyone at customer service to understand that my internet connection is horrible. My bandwidth is great most of the time, but they think that I either have a connection or I don't. They don't understand that a quality connection is determined by consistentcy of bandwidth and low latency. My latency is very high (50-100 milliseconds and up) and very inconsistent (jitter is 80 - 90% of ping). I pay for the highest tier available yet still cannot play online games or use VoIP or any other interactive software. Over and over again I am told that my connection "looks good from our end" by people who have no clue what Quality of Service is.
