I had a bad experience with both these dept.in regard to a check that did not clear my bank. What happen is that they interrupted my services first. Then notified me later by phone. Which i think is a very unbusiness like thing to do, in the first place. I spoke with someone in both dept. Which neithe gave me any asst. Or answer they just threw me under the bus. Not considering the fasts that i spend a lot of money to this company. My acct.#314-067683309-001
