Extention on this acct

I really do feel like that timewarner should have still been more willing to work with me consider the fact that i do spend a lot of money toward cable services monthly. What i would like is my services restored and an extension giving until 1/3 to pay the entire amount which is 500.00 plus to bring my account in good standing again.
