Where should i Start. Started by placing my order to receive internet service. I was promised a date of installation by Clerk ID LD07R who they can not find. My order was to be completed the following week. When i called to cancel they told me the person that took the order is out of state and they dont have a way of finding out. Bs... So i cancelled my installation ordered service elsewhere. Later that week, i receive a note from UPS that a package had been delivered and when i called AT&T i was told that the tech had been there earlier to complete the order. The one i had cancelled. So, i had to cancel my service one more time. Which by the way had me waiting for over 30 minutes. Why don't their systems communicate, that is the reason they give you an account number. They are very easy at recognizing what your address is when they need to send the Bill... I rate AT&T as the worse customer service i've ever had. I would not recommend them to any one. Please do not do service with them.
