Not Honoring Rebate

I requested Triple-Play support from online comcast approved store in October. Because of some company mis-arrangement used to do not need my support triggered until evening after christmas 2010. Comcast needed to operate a brand new line because the home we shifted into hadn't previously had wire. We'd no tv for some months during our transfer, but we did have netflix.

The order involved a refund for $250 and also the specifics were sub, it within 3 months of purchase, backup two expenses, and publish verification mail. After I obtained my next statement, I understood I dropped my verification signal and so I named offerwire. Offerwire gave me rule nevertheless stated my refund was useless since I have had waited more than 90 times to publish it. They got my preliminary purchase day in oct, not the finish of nov.

Easily m unable to solve this problem by March, I'll clearly consider calling an attourney that handles scam, because the next discussion was recorded.
