Not giving refund that was promised

I named to register for COMCAST web, as well as for some cause while buying regional quantity (I ought to have named them immediate) I had been place in contact with Offerwire, who agreed to link me and guaranteed a $75 buck refund for registering through them. I had been advised to contact them the following month.

The next month I required the guaranteed discount and was informed I'd have to publish 3 months expenses to be eligible for reimbursement. After 3 months I named in again plus they stated my time period limit had terminated to be eligible for the reimbursement, and stated that I just required 8 weeks and also the present ended after 60 times.

They refused any report of me calling and declined to become useful whatsoever.
