Offerwire/Comcast
No refund on returned products

I requested wireless web service from Comcast once they assured me they might supply support, but after getting the modems I acquired a phone from Comcast stating they might not provide service to my home afterall and also to return these products. I quickly delivered the unopened container to advantages using the tag supplied me by Offerwire online. Later I established with Offerwire. The container had appeared (11/16/09). I named a couple weeks later (12/1) to become informed it'd occupy to 2 months to exhibit a credit. That looks a little extreme. I named simply today simply to be informed again they had obtained the delivered items and could be telling the organization division of my reimbursement (today 15 business days have handed) and another 5 or 6 business days for "corporate " to react. Is that this Offerwire plan? Comcast will notice from my attorney if no credit hasbeen released following a 6 business days.
