The installation man came and discussed alcohol the entire period. He wasn't helpful whatsoever and didn't ask me easily had any questions at the conclusion. He just got his part done and left. He also left the wire noticeable on our lawn and did not imbed it in to the ground like he was designed to! He didn't test when the internet worked whatsoever possibly! We'd suddenlink for starters day and took everything back 24 hours later. The client service woman in front desk was very rude and acted like she'd something up her behind for no reason once we were trying to ask once we could expect our return! Do not get mad at us for the poor service and perspective! Suddenlink isn't worthwhile! We will have at&t u verse which is 100 times much better than suddenlink! Suddenlink must focus on they are customer support skills or fire their current employees and retain new people!
