Acism in advertising

Suddenlink includes a new advertisement on Television that among other activities, statements they consult with a "regional highlight"... I discover this offensive because it appears to be a racist comment toward those of mid-eastern ancestry. It's also really false, as each time I've needed to contact Suddenlink, their Florida highlights are therefore believe, I've no idea what they're expressing! Their workers also provide no idea about web. I was advised I'd a disease and all it had been, was that Suddenlink forgot to trigger their point outside... Their wire and web generally are extremely bad, poor fluffy display quality on Television and also the web is extremely sluggish, similar to dial-up. If it links whatsoever.in my own region there's no additional option.
