Unauthorized charges after cancellation of free trial

I terminated the "free trial offer" and was billed each month on my charge card till I came across it 6 months later. Additionally they billed to get a bocus low retruned DVD that was delivered. They state their plan would be to cost whether they send any DVDis and wouldn't return something.
