I was billed on 1/03 for streaming movies for the year of 2012. No one in my household
other than myself uses Netflix. My wife never watches Netflix and furthermore does not know how to access it. I believe that Netflix fraduantly billed streaming movies to my account for the past year. I offered to pay for the one month that was supposeddly free. I will not pay for more as I did not knowingly apply for streaming. Acceptance of their terms are not clear to customers and they erroniously accept terms which they were not aware. Maybe this was the case here. They billed my credit card which my wife monitors and knew that I subscribed to Netflix. She had no way of knowing of these fradulant charges until I saw the year end "detail for: Transactions".netflix supervisory personnel admitted that their records showed that I had not used Netflix streaming.
I do not think they will want me to go online and state my case to the general public. I hope that you can successfully resolve this situation. Thank you.
