Billed After Second Free Trial Card Received in Mail

I had a free trial month earlier in the year at Netflix stopped it then Netflix mailed me a credit card type card saying try another free trial at Netflix so I did then without permission billed my card $9.95 and when I called Netflix, Netflix refused to give the money back saying only 1 free trial per household even though Netflix sent aa another free trial promo coded card in the mail!!! Total fraud. I want everyone to contact me to start a class action lawsuit against Netflix. I will myself contact the attorney general of CA to get the ball rolling what an extreme ripoff!!! I want them prosecuted!!!
