Fraudulent Billing Practices - SCAM

I'd a merchant account with DTV in Co in 2006 and 2007 before shifting to FL on August 27.

Today I received an account from DTV for $41.84 for three alledged payperview films from NOV. Present day day is July 9! This really is once they'd removed almost $500 from my bank account bank card for that 'Ultimate' payment in August. (recall you've to provide them a charge card when signing the agreement - BEWARE - of DTVis Fraud/Fake Payment methods) Section Of that $500 was to get a DVR radio that I incorrectly believed was mine to maintain. It was not. I sent it back.

DTV's description of how they might cost for 3 films nearly annually 5 later and more than 9 weeks because the consideration have been shut and also the recipient delivered?

The ENTRY CARD within the delivered recipient (obtained by DTV 9 weeks before) confirmed three PPV films. Used to donot have a phone-line within the condo where the payment started and due to that, easily'd requested a film, I'd have experienced to CONTACT them to possess them deliver it towards the meal. And of course, does not ONE LAST statement IMPLY 'ultimate!?'

And Just Why hadnot they EXAMINED the recipient until 9 weeks later for that entry card? Is not there a law of restrictions on DTVis B.S.???

Obviously, I'll NEVER suggest their organization after all of the b.S. They will have drawn and that Iam presently awaiting a payment boss to contact me back.
